Vinification:
It is harvested by the end of August; then it is pressed in a pneumatic press and clarification is done by the static method and it ferments at low temperature.
Tasting Notes:
Istraw yellow colour with bright and clean greenish hues. Flowery aromas from the variety along with tropical fruits and herb scents. Fresh, fruity, savoury and velvety-like body in mouth, persistent.
To Serve:
To be served at 7-8ºC, it complements fish and seafood, also salads, smooth cheeses and desserts.
