maceration of the must with skins contact and then it is pressed
by static way. The fermentation is carried out at low temperature
to preserve the primary aromas of the variety.
Tasting
Notes:
Intense
strawberry colour with violet hues, bright and clean. Aromas
of black fruits of the forest. Savoury and well structured
in mouth, fresh and longlasting aftertaste.

be served at 8-12º C, it is ideal to be consumed with
rice or pasta dishes or with desserts.
