Grape Varieties:
Cencibel (Tempranillo) 50% + Cabernet Sauvignon 50%
Vinification:
It macerates at controlled temperature before fermentation. Maceration lasts 14 days and malolactic takes place at low temperature. Then, the wine rests 12 months in oak and 12 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red colour with vivid tones, clear and bright. Spicy aromas and memories of cask, rich in fruity sensations, those of fruits of the forest. Oily in mouth, persistent.
To Serve:
To be served at 16-18ºC, it specially accompanies spicy dishes, cured cheeses and stuffed meats.
