macerates at controlled temperature before fermentation. Maceration
lasts 14 days and malolactic takes place at low temperature.
Then, the wine rests 12 months in oak and 12 months in bottle. |

Notes: |
| Deep
ruby red colour with vivid tones, clear and bright. Spicy
aromas and memories of cask, rich in fruity sensations, those
of fruits of the forest. Oily in mouth, persistent. |

Serve: |
| To
be served at 16-18ºC, it specially accompanies spicy
dishes, cured cheeses and stuffed meats. |
