has a low temperature before fermentation. Then it ferments
at 28º C and macerates for 14 days. Finally, the wine
rests for 6 months in new American oak and 6 months in bottle. |

and bright deep cherry red tones. Primary aromas or the varieties
and from cask ageing. The mouth is complex, with a smooth
and fine aftertaste. |

be served at 15-17ºC, perfectly partners roasted meats,
