TORRE DE GAZATE Crianza
Grape Varieties:
Cencibel (Tempranillo) 60% + Cabernet Sauvignon 40%
Vinification:
It has a low temperature before fermentation. Then it ferments at 28º C and macerates for 14 days. Finally, the wine rests for 6 months in new American oak and 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Intense and bright deep cherry red tones. Primary aromas or the varieties and from cask ageing. The mouth is complex, with a smooth and fine aftertaste.
To Serve:
To be served at 15-17ºC, perfectly partners roasted meats, game and stewed partridge.
