Vinification:
With a cold maceration before fermentation, then the wine ferments at 26º C, and after a short maceration, malolactic fermentation occurs at low temperature.
Tasting Notes:
Purple red coloured wine with intense bright violet tones. Primary fruity aromas of Cencibel and good evolution in bottle. Well balanced, complex and harmonious in mouth.
To Serve:
To be served at 12-14ºC, it complements cheeses, pies, hunting and roasted meats.
