The
wine makes a second fermentation at controlled temperature
by means of the traditional method, while it rests for 30
months minimum until the lees are flash-frozen and removed
as plugs. Then the bottles are refilled with the same wine
to obtain less then 4 gr of sugar. |
| Tasting
Notes: |
| Greenish
straw yellow colour, bright. There is a full vertical small
mousse, perdidtent. Clean crianza aromas of yeasts, dry fruits.
In mouth it has a well balance and fine end. On nose is balsamic
and yeaty. |

shellfish, white fish. |
