This variety is fermented at controlled temperature (26ºC) and macerates for 10 days.

Purple red coloured wine with intense bright violet tones. Fruity aromas of Cencibel, good evolution in bottle. Well balanced, fresh, complex and harmonious in mouth.

To be served at 12-14º C, it complements cheeses, pies, hunting and roasted meats.
