Grape Varieties:
Cencibel (Tempranillo) 80% + 15% Cabernet Sauvignon + 5% Syrah.
Vinification:
Each variety is fermented separately at controlled temperature (26ºC) and macerates for 10 days.
Tasting Notes:
Bright deep cherry red tones. Primary aromas or the varieties and a slight cask tone.
To Serve:
To be served at 15-17ºC, it perfectly partners roasted meats, game and stewed partridge.
