ALSUR
Grape Varieties:
Cencibel (Tempranillo) 80% + 15 % Cabernet.
Vinification:
Each variety is fermented separately at controlled temperature (26º C) and macerates for 10 days.
Tasting notes:
Bright deep cherry red tones. Primary aromas or the varieties and a slight cask tone. The mouth is complex, with a smooth and fine aftertaste.
To Serve:
To be served at 15-17º C, it perfectly partners roasted meats, game and stewed partridge.
