In 1991 appears the first bottled wine, Añil , white wine made from grapes of the Macabeo variety, which meant a new concept of white wines from La Mancha that revolutionized the bottled wines in the region and a model for other producers to imitate. This was the starting point of a succession of young white, red and rose wines, also crianzas, reservas and grandes reservas, and even a sparkling wine made with the Champagne traditional method.
