In 1989, the winery was a reality equipped with the most innovative technical means for the making of quality wines and a plan for the reorganization of vineyards is put in motion, renewing the plantations of Airen vine, native variety, as well as introducing new ones: Macabeo or Viura and Sauvignon Blanc . In view of the almost absolute lack of red varieties, new plantations of Cencibel or Tempranillo , Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot , Syrah , etc... begin to appear.
